Lincolnia is a suburb of D.C. located int Fairfax County with a population of over 25,000 residents. Lincolnia is filled with many families and young professionals. Lincolnia is in close proximity to Alexandria offering history right at your fingertips. This community has its own few historical sites, mostly the local cemeteries. Little River Turnpike passes right through the middle of Lincolnia, and taking I-395 for around 10 miles will put you right in Washington D.C. Lincolnia is full of people from all walks of life and is considered the most diverse community in Fairfax County.

Lincolnia is in close proximity to both Alexandria and the Washington D.C. metropolitan area offering many activities whether it be educational or recreational. The schools in this area are above average offering a great education to the residents. Visit King Street, an avenue that has been around since the 1700s bustling with tourist gift shops. Lee District park comes with great open areas complete with playgrounds for all ages and a splash pad to cool off in the summer heat.
